Return Policy
1. Online Purchases and Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow the process outlined below.
1.1 Returns Procedure
Each delivery includes a Returns Form. Please complete this form and include it with the returned item.
Items must be in resaleable condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your delivery to qualify for a refund.
Returns received after 10 days and within 30 days will be eligible for store credit only.
Store Credit is valid for 12 months and may be used in-store or via phone sales. Store credit cannot be used for online transactions.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
1.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or missing items during return transit remain the responsibility of the sender unless tracked and insured postage is used.
1.3 Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
Earrings
Jewellery
Shapewear
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed items.
1.4 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law, including your right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Refunds
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving your returned item.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please allow up to 10 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary between banks.
2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@harper.ie with your order number and photos.
In line with Irish consumer law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
3. Delivery
3.1 Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday–Thursday, are typically delivered within:
1–2 working days within the Republic of Ireland
2–3 working days to Northern Ireland
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busier periods or due to courier delays beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
3.2 Delivery Liability
Once items have left our premises, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors outside our control.
4. Cancelled Orders (by Us)
On rare occasions, an order or part of an order may need to be cancelled due to stock availability or quality issues.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item(s) and associated shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. In-Store Purchases
Exchanges or credit notes are available within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
Refunds are not available for in-store purchases unless an item is faulty or misdescribed.
Sale items purchased in-store are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gift Cards and Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are redeemable in-store only.
