Orders
By placing your items in your cart and proceeding to checkout your order will be placed. If you have an difficulties ordering please send us an email at hello@harper.ie.
This is dependant on if we have shipped your order already. Once an order is shipped we cannot cancel or alter it. Send us an email asap if you need to cancel or change an order at hello@harper.ie
You will recieve an email confirming your order after it has been placed. If you do not recieve an email after 24 hours please email us at hello@harper.ie.
Some items are eligible for pre-order, however this will be communicated on the website or social media and you will need to contact us directly to arrange this.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently only ship to Ireland and the UK. If you wish to order from a country outside of this please contact us directly.
Shipping times are dependant on your shipping address. Items should be delivered in ROI within 2 Working Days. Items travelling to the UK may take longer due to customs clearance.
Shipping to Ireland costs €5.50 - Shipping is free on Orders over €100.
Uk Shipping costs £9 - we do not offer free shipping on Uk orders.
If you are ordering from the UK you may be liable to pay customs or duty fees relevant to the price of your item. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.
Yes, all items are sent via express post as standard.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 10 days to return your items from the day you recieve it for a full refund. if received withing 30 days you will be given store credit. Anything outside of this we cannot accept. Note this only applies to online sales. See our return policy for more information.
Return details will be on the bottom of your slip. To return an item you must include this slip and post back to us to our store address.
If you did not recieve a returns slip you can just include a note with your name, address and order number in the parcel.
We do offer exchanges on items within our 30 days returns policy. To action an exchange you will need to contact us directly.
No, due to hygiene policies in the store we cannot accept returns on jewellery or undergarments. See our returns policy for more information.

We accept all major visa and mastercard payments.
We accept Klarna and Clearpay. We can also accept instalments up to 4 weeks via a phone sale, contact us on 091533849 for more information.

Yes, we sell instore and online gift cards.
No. Online gift cards can exclusively be used online and instore gift cards can be used only in store or via a phone sale.

Products
Each brand is individual to restock. We cannot guarantee a restock on any items but keep an eye on social media for updates. You can sign up for back in stock notifications on your desired product to be emailed if your size is returned.

Yes, our instore and online stock is the same.
